Wellness Centre
A Place of Healing
Our Wellness Centre is a safe and welcoming space where individuals and families can access compassionate, holistic support for their emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. We offer professional in-person counselling, support groups, and spiritual care, creating a nurturing environment where healing, growth, and resilience can flourish.
Youth Wellness
A key initiative of the Wellness Centre is our Teen Support Programme, delivered throughout the year in partnership with Madaris, educational institutions, and orphanages. Through interactive workshops, creative activities, and meaningful conversations, we create safe spaces for young people to explore identity, positive self-image, emotional well-being, resilience, healthy relationships, bullying, social media, and making positive life choices. Our aim is to empower teenagers to better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to thrive.
As part of our youth wellness initiatives, we also offer From Frozen to Flourishing – an intensive holiday workshop designed to help young people move from surviving to thriving by strengthening self-awareness, emotional resilience, confidence, and personal growth. Following the positive impact of our inaugural programme, we look forward to offering From Frozen to Flourishing as an ongoing part of our holiday wellness initiatives.
Supporting Neurodiversity
We also facilitate a Neurodiversity Support Group, providing a safe and inclusive space where neurodivergent individuals and their families can connect, access support, share experiences, and celebrate the unique strengths of every individual.
Disclaimer: Our Neurodiversity Support Group is designed to provide psychoeducation, peer connection, and community support for neurodivergent individuals and their families. While facilitated in a supportive environment, it is not a substitute for clinical assessment, diagnosis, therapy, or ongoing medical care. Where appropriate, participants may be encouraged to seek support from qualified healthcare professionals.
