An attitude of gratitude can change the trajectory of one’s life and is a virtue that is at the core of ones mental and emotional well-being especially in this age of fast food, fast love, fast money and fast fashion…instant gratification has become a disease of the heart. It’s more important now to nurture in our youth the concept of true gratitude.

How to use:
Every week ponder on one thing you are grateful for then place a leaf on your tree to symbolise that one thing. By the end of the year, you will have a tree filled with leaves, life filled with blessings and a heart filled with gratitude.
