Grief is really such a taboo topic in general and it’s almost as if there is no place for it within our community.

Where do you go, who do you talk to? One relies on one’s closest family and friends for comfort and understanding but they are often times the ones who pass the most judgement and say the most insensitive things. This is why Warriors of Hope has taken a deep dive into the topic of grief and looked at all aspects of it in order to provide the necessary tools to navigate through loss and also provide the necessary information so we can both understand the grieving process across all personality types, understand how others support grievers and to also understand unrealistic cultural beliefs about grief.
